At CVO Consulting, we are committed to delivering exceptional value through our personal branding advisory, strategy sessions, training programs, and digital resources. Each service or product we provide is a customized intellectual and strategic engagement designed to help African women build visibility, credibility, and profitability.

1. General Policy

Due to the personalized and intellectual nature of our work, all payments made for consulting, coaching, training, or digital services are non-refundable once work has commenced or digital materials have been delivered.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered under the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment: If a client is mistakenly charged twice for the same service.

  • Service cancellation (by CVO Consulting): If we are unable to deliver the service as agreed, due to internal constraints or unforeseen operational issues.

  • Technical failure: For digital resources (templates, downloads, etc.) that cannot be accessed due to a proven technical issue on our side and not rectified within 7 business days.

3. Consultation and Program Commitments

For structured programs (such as Visibility Coaching, Brand Strategy Intensives, or Training Workshops):

  • Once a client confirms participation and makes payment, the slot is reserved exclusively for them.

  • Rescheduling can be done once (1) per program cycle, with at least 72 hours’ notice.

  • No-shows or late cancellations forfeit the session without refund.

4. Digital Products and Templates

All purchases of digital products, including but not limited to toolkits, templates, or online resources, are final and non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any refund request must be submitted in writing to support@cvoconsulting.com within 7 days of purchase, detailing the nature of the issue.
We will review and respond within 10 business days.

2. Use of Our Website and Content

All materials, including text, images, brand assets, frameworks, and digital products, are the intellectual property of CVO Consulting and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or modify any material without prior written consent.

3. Client Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when engaging our services.

  • Meet payment and participation requirements as communicated.

  • Maintain confidentiality of any private materials or insights shared during consultations or programs.

4. Intellectual Property

All frameworks, materials, methodologies, and strategies shared during client engagements remain the intellectual property of CVO Consulting. You receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal or internal business use only.

5. Payment and Billing

All fees are due as stated in your invoice or contract.
Work begins only after full or agreed-upon installment payment is received.
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, strategies, or proprietary materials shared with us.
However, you grant us permission to use aggregate insights, anonymized data, and success outcomes for marketing or research purposes, unless you opt out in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

CVO Consulting shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

  • Decisions or business outcomes based on our guidance or materials.
    All advisory and strategy recommendations are advisory in nature, not guarantees.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate a service engagement if a client breaches any term, displays unethical behavior, or fails to meet agreed-upon obligations.
Termination does not entitle the client to a refund except where explicitly stated under the Refund Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
